Positions Available in following clinic locations- Eastern Suburbs, Balgowlah, Eastwood and Kingswood Why this Opportunity Above Award Salaries: New Graduates offered $85,000 Super and experienced OTs offered up to $120,000 Super Impact variety: Neurodivergent and diverse paediatric caseloads across clinic, school and community settings. Support that frees you up: Dedicated admin support (diary invoicing) so you can focus on therapy. Growth you can see: Structured onboarding, shadowing, regular in-house training, annual CPD allowance and 3 PD days. Time off that works for you: Up to 12 weeks’ leave per year, including school holidays. Career pathways: Leadership and specialisation tracks within a large multidisciplinary network. Travel reimbursed: $0.99 per km, paid fortnightly. Tools & spaces: Sensory gyms (site-dependent), well-equipped clinic rooms, and a collaborative MDT culture. Relocation support: Up to $5,000 (if moving interstate/overseas). The Role Deliver family-centred, goal-focused therapy in clinic and the community Manage a mixed NDIS & private caseload (site-dependent) with outcome tracking Collaborate closely with Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and other disciplines.
